Terms of Service

Services

Telivor LLC provides technology consulting, software implementation, automation, and related business services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timing for a client engagement will be established in a written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or invoice as applicable.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, and other materials reasonably necessary for Telivor to perform agreed services.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are established in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on the invoice. Late or unpaid accounts may be subject to suspension of services.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of work product, software, content, accounts, and other intellectual property will be governed by the applicable written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how owned by Telivor remain Telivor property.

Limitation

Services are provided according to the applicable agreement and available information. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of a particular business result.

Changes

These general terms may be updated from time to time. Client-specific agreements control where they conflict with these general website terms.
