Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project services

Because Telivor provides professional services, refund and cancellation terms may vary by engagement. The applicable service agreement, proposal, or invoice will control where it contains specific cancellation or refund terms.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation by contacting Telivor at kyle@telivor.pro. Cancellation of scheduled or ongoing work may result in charges for services already performed, non-cancellable third-party costs, or other amounts expressly agreed in writing.

Refunds

Where a refund is appropriate under the applicable agreement, Telivor will issue it to the original payment method when reasonably practicable.

Recurring services

Any recurring service or subscription will have its cancellation and billing terms stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.
